Ordering copies

Order with the form from the website, giving the full unit reference and pages (for civil registers, the entry number); without them the order may be refused or a search fee charged. Digital copies and photocopies are made; documents before 1900 only as digital copies. A unit already digitised is copied without the copying fee. Part of the fonds are online at szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl.

Reading room

First order the units with the e-call slip on the website; once the archive says they are ready, book a seat in the reading room through the booking app on the site (earlier bookings are cancelled). Own photography is allowed, without tripods or extra lighting.
