Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked
If the Researcher plan turns out not to be useful, write to us within 14 days of the first payment or of an automatic renewal and we will refund the full amount, even if you have already used the plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time: in your account ("Manage subscription") or at link.com. Access remains until the end of the paid period; no further payments are taken.
After 14 days
There are no partial refunds for unused time, except when the service did not work through our fault or when the law of your country requires otherwise.
How to ask for a refund
Write to fondvopissprava@gmail.com from the address the subscription is under, or contact Link support (support.link.com). Money goes back to the same payment method, usually within 5–10 business days; tax is refunded with it.
Who sells
The sale is made by Link (Stripe) as the merchant of record, so receipts and bank statements show LINK.COM.
