Access is by written application (English forms available); foreigners without a Polish address apply to the Warsaw branch. Researchers apply for a research topic, others need a researcher’s recommendation. Inventory and e-applications at inwentarz.ipn.gov.pl.
Reading room
Ul. Kłobucka 21: Mon 8:00–18:00, Tue–Fri 8:30–15:30; usually up to 5 units at a time. Own photography allowed, without flash, for personal use.
